Without permits, when it's VEPA.

Up to 50% tax deduction.

If configured as a removable panoramic glass window and in compliance with legal requirements, Orizzonte falls within free construction: it does not require a building permit.

For expenses incurred by December 31, 2026, the tax deduction is 50% for the primary residence and 36% for other properties, when the tax requirements are met.

The feasibility of free construction remains subject to the project's characteristics and compliance with applicable urban planning, landscape, safety, and condominium regulations. Tax relief must be determined on a case-by-case basis.
